PREP partnered with leaders of PACT to offer a side event during the United Nations’ first-ever Peacebuilding Week. Panelists Megan Kelly and Mihemed Sakir from Youth Speak in Iraq and Dr. Khazana Sihwaya from The 2030 Child Nutrition Project in Zambia shared stories from their own experiences building youth-focused peacebuilding organizations. PACT co-vice presidents Grace Tiberi and Gabriella Contadino led an energetic and thought-provoking discussion about the barriers and opportunities facing today's young peacebuilders.
